Staging with redesign allows for less wear and tear on your home, without needing to move furniture in and out from an outsourced staging company. We will also advise you on whether your place needs painting or not and can consult with your realtor on this as well. Urban Nest Interior Painting is available to complete any interior painting needed to list your property. Using found pieces in your own home or office, and our design expertise, Urban Nest creates rooms that will highlight the positive aspects to potential buyers and lead to a rapid sale of your home.

Our costs depend on the size of the home and the amount of time it will take to stage, typically a full day or less. Our prices begin at $500 and go up to $1500.

At our original in-home consultation with you, we leave you with a checklist of items to be removed as well as those we will use in the staging process. We will also advise as to whether interior painting will enhance your rapid sale. We communicate regularly with your realtor to ensure we are all on the same page.

Our goal at Urban Nest is to stage your home without purchasing extra or new items. Each home comes with its unique layout, and we will discuss with you if we suggest purchases and decide who will have that responsibility. We may also contribute pieces from our own inventory to enhance realtor photos and stage for showings.

You don’t have to do much of anything! Cleaning your house prior to the staging process is requested. It’s not necessary that you are present during the staging process. We will arrive in the morning with all the tools needed and get to work!
